  • We only collect personal information that you provide voluntarily, such as when you use our contact form, make an inquiry over the phone, or submit information via the Total Drive App with an active Locations Driving School instructor. This may include the following information: your name, address, postcode, phone number, email address, and preferred transmission type. This helps us ensure that we provide service in your preferred area and allow instructors and trainers to contact you to arrange lessons and/or training.

  • We reserve the right to share your personal information with self-employed driving instructors or instructor trainers affiliated with Locations Driving School.

  • For users of the Total Drive App in conjunction with Locations Driving School instructors or trainers, we may review appointments, payments, reflective logs, progress reports, and communications exchanged between both parties.

  • We may use the contact information you’ve provided to inform you about our driving lesson offers, promotions, and related products.

  • We may also reach out to you with review invitations, which may be facilitated through partnered third-party websites, to share feedback about your experience with Locations Driving School services.

  • We follow strict security protocols for storing and disclosing information you provide to prevent unauthorized access, in line with data protection laws. We do not collect sensitive information unless you provide it knowingly and willingly.

  • When providing us with data, we will always clarify why it’s needed and obtain your consent to use it. If you give consent on behalf of someone else, please ensure you have their authorization to do so. We reserve the right to verify this authorization.

  • We use “cookies” as part of our regular operations to track visitor behaviour on our website. A cookie is a small piece of data sent from our website and stored on your system. You may adjust your browser settings to disable this if you prefer. Our marketing partners, such as AdRoll and Google, use this data to present retargeting ads based on your prior interactions with Locations Driving School . Our partners’ methods do not collect personal information like your name, email, postal address, or phone number. This information is not stored, shared, or sold to any parties outside of Locations Driving School  and is solely used to enhance user experience.

  • Our website may contain links to other websites. Once you leave our website through these links, we are not responsible for the protection or privacy of any information you provide on those sites. These sites are not governed by our privacy policy, so please check the relevant privacy statements.

  • We retain your information for six years. If you wish to remove your data or withdraw consent before this period ends, please email: info@locationsdrivingschool.com

  • When making a payment online or over the phone (e.g., for Driving Instructor Training or lessons), personal details and credit or debit card information are kept private and secure through a card authorization processor. We do not store credit or debit card details and can provide our payment providers' privacy policies upon request.

  •  If you believe any information we hold about you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us at the above address, and we will promptly make corrections.

  • If you suspect misuse of your information, please contact us immediately at info@locationsdrivingschool.com with your concerns. We will address your request promptly and report to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) as required.

  • When sharing data with third parties outside the EEA, data is hashed using the SHA256 hashing algorithm before being transmitted.
